RSVP Deadline: July 20th, 2026

There are plenty of on-site accomodations at Camp Timber Trails, including shared camp-style cabins and private insulated buildings, all available at no cost. We encourage guests to stay on the property, but feel free to explore off-site rentals based on your preferences. Please bring your own sheets, pillows, and towels. We will be in contact to ask room preferences when we are assigning them.
There are a number of insulated buildings with full showers and bathrooms. The rustic cabins have bathrooms in each cabin cluster. There is also a large camp-style shower house with plenty of hot water.

Airport:
The closest airport is Bradley International in Connecticut, about an hour's drive from the camp. Many people will be driving from NYC, so feel free to coordinate with fellow guests or let us know in your RSVP if you’d like us to help coordinate ride sharing.
How to get around:
There is no public transportation in the area. You will need a car or a friend with a car.
What to do:
Swim at the lake at camp, hike the trails, enjoy the outdoors. We’re aiming to please your every need at the camp, but feel free to go into Otis or New Boston for any additional desires.
